Return Policy
We will gladly accept returns of food and supplies in the original packaging with a receipt at both of our retail stores. A store credit or refund will be given on returned items. We do not refund shipping/delivery charges. If an order is refused upon delivery the customer is responsible for all shipping/delivery charges and a restocking fee of 10%. In cases where we have shipped/delivered an incorrect product, we will issue a call tag or pick up at our expense. We will also re-ship/deliver the corrected order to you at no additional charge. We can not return the following items: Litermaid litterbox, Electric bark/training collars, and Drinkwell drinking fountains.
