Deliver FAQ's
TO WHAT AREAS DO YOU OFFER HOME DELIVERY?
We currently offer Home Delivery in Bend and Sunriver.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY FOOD TO ARRIVE?
Orders are delivered the next business day, Monday thru Friday between the hours of 10:00am and 5:00pm.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The fee for all home deliveries is $5.00.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME WHEN YOU DELIVER?
Do not worry about waiting at home for your delivery. Most customers are not home when our drivers arrive, and we cannot predict the time of day your delivery will be made.
WHERE WILL YOU LEAVE MY ORDER?
Orders are left by the front door in an inconspicuous location out of the elements, unless otherwise instructed. Please remember that the area should not be accessible to an aggressive or protective pet.
I LIVE IN A GATED COMMUNITY. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
Please be sure to add Bend Pet Express Delivery to your gated community's visitors list or add your gate code to the special instruction box. Because we cannot guarantee the hour of delivery, we are unable to deliver to residences that require the resident to be at home to allow our entry.
CAN I STILL ORDER ONLINE IF I DON'T LIVE IN THE DELIVERY AREA?
For customers living outside our current delivery area, we will ship using UPS.
