Buys- Canidae & NB pallet deals. West will be getting from the east
SNIP Calendars: we will be selling them in the stores instead of ornaments. They should be here this week. All proceeds go to SNIP. The Redmond HS will be doing personalized ornaments for those customers wanting them.

Decorations:
Christmas Decorations go up by Dec. 1st with music on.

Schedule:
New schedules for staff starts this week!

Utilizing Chris: Jeff will make a list of task for Chris on the West

Communication: Managers and Chris will use their notebook to communicate information between them.

Managers will also fill in the project section of the weekly sheet with staff assignments for the day.

Delegating tasks: Westside staff will be assigned various tasks. Jeff will put together a list, so be sure and tell him if there is something you want.

Josh’s time crunch: Spindrift has a number of upcoming deadlines and Josh needs as much time at his desk as possible. So Lorna will be taking many of his Fridays on the Westside.
